Green Village Team
Green Village is a development designed by E2 Arquitectos, promoted and built by Ecoracasa Bautechnologie.
E2 architecture was founded in Fuengirola in 1975 by Luis Pavón Núñez, a passionate professional in incorporating the authentic Andalusian touch to his projects.
In 2005 his son, Luis Pavón Fernández, joined the company renaming it “e2arquitectos” adding a fresh approach and design to contemporary, sustainable and energy-efficient buildings in each new design.
Nowadays, E2 architecture creates bio-climatic contemporary and dynamic architecture, integrating continuous spaces via the use of large windows and light.
A fresh approach to design respecting individual client tastes, energy efficiency and comfort merging with the modern Mediterranean Contemporary style.
E2 architecture have designed and developd over 1000 projects including Hotels (Hotel Villa de Laredo at Fuengirola promenade and Hotel Tamisa Golf in Mijas), over 500 homes in numerous residential complexes, including:
- Residential El Marqués de Atalaya in Estepona with 170 homes,
- Residential Torrequebrada Mediterra with 134 homes,
- Residencial Las Palmeras de Calahonda in Mijas 195 homes,
- Residencial La Condesa de Mijas Golf with 144 homes,
- Residencial La Joya in Urb. Playa Polarsol with 80 homes in Mijas,
- Residential La Herencia in Fuengirola with 64 homes,
- Residential La Cala de Mijas with 66 apartments and 12 terraced houses.
They have also designed two of the most important resorts on the Costa del Sol - Marbella Marriott Beach Resort and Club La Costa.
